Terms

These terms cover the Pressure Atlas website, app, feeds, and every data surface (MCP and REST). Creating an account or calling the service means you accept them.

What the service is

Pressure Atlas publishes Pressure: a daily measurement of conditions in a continuously tracked global macro field, on a five-level scale. A free account includes the recent readings and a daily call allowance; the exact numbers are shown in the app and the docs.

Measurement, not advice

Pressure readings are measurements of present conditions. They are not predictions, recommendations, or advice of any kind, and they must not be presented as such. Decisions you or your systems make with the data are yours.

Your account

Keep your password and API keys to yourself; calls made with your credentials count as yours. You can revoke a key at any time from the dashboard.

Fair use

The service enforces per-minute and daily limits. Working around them, probing the service for weaknesses, reselling raw responses as your own data product, or attempting to reconstruct the method behind the readings is not allowed. We may suspend accounts that do this.

Availability and warranty

The service is provided as is. We work to keep readings timely and the surfaces available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and a day's reading can arrive late while the newest data is prepared. To the extent the law allows, Pressure Atlas is not liable for losses arising from use of the service or reliance on its readings.

Changes

We may update these terms; meaningful changes will be noted here before they take effect. If you keep using the service after that, the updated terms apply.
